Privacy at a glance
Coinpred collects only the data needed to authenticate users, deliver analyses, maintain security and confirm payments. We do not publish private analysis inputs or account identifiers. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to fraud-prevention, payment and legal retention requirements.
Data we process
Account data may include email address, display name, authentication records, membership status and available analysis credits. Analysis records may include selected market, interval, submitted market context and model response. Payment records may include order ID, public wallet address, network, amount, status and public transaction hash.
How data is used
We use data to sign users in, prevent abuse, deliver and troubleshoot analyses, maintain account credits, confirm payments, publish aggregated or market-only snapshots and improve reliability. We do not use private keys or seed phrases and will never ask for them.
Cookies and local storage
The site may store a login token, language preference and cached account information in the browser. Essential server logs can include IP address, user agent, request time and error details for security and diagnostics.
Service providers and transfers
Google authentication, email delivery, market-data providers, AI model services, Cloudflare infrastructure and payment processors may handle the minimum data needed for their role. Their processing is governed by their own terms and locations.
Retention, security and your choices
Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. No internet system is completely secure. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion; we may need to verify identity and retain limited payment or anti-fraud records.
