How to read this interval
A next-hour forecast combines directional context with sequential OHLC candle reconstruction via Kronos foundation models. Predicted highs and lows form a volatility scenario boundary pegged to exact UTC target hours.
JEV uses Binance spot candles and may include WEEX order-book and trade evidence; Kronos uses WEEX futures candles. Prices from different venues cannot substitute for a contract’s specified settlement feed.
Check the observation time before direction and confidence. Missing data, expired data and neutral views should not be interpreted as trading signals.
A Kronos 1-hour interval describes forecast candle spacing. The first predicted candle’s timestamp determines which hour is represented; a forecast generated some time ago may no longer cover the next hour from now. Inspect every future timestamp and generation time together. The JEV hourly view shown alongside it is directional context, not the same forecast.
Forecast OHLC values are scenarios
Open, high, low and close values describe a model-generated candle. Its high and low are not statistically validated confidence bounds. A forecast close is not a guaranteed target price, and a path through the candle cannot be recovered from OHLC alone. Without available Kronos output, this page makes no numeric next-hour forecast.

Kronos applies a deep foundation time-series architecture, ingesting sequential historical candles to generate future hourly OHLC scenarios.
Are predicted high and low prices guaranteed support/resistance bounds?
No. Predicted highs and lows represent model volatility envelopes, not statistical guarantees or guaranteed stop-loss levels.
How do I verify which hour is covered by the forecast?
Check the UTC timestamp of the first predicted candle. If generated earlier, it may describe a closed hour rather than the upcoming one.
What is the distinction between JEV hourly bias and Kronos forecasts?
JEV classifies directional evidence from indicators and book depth, while Kronos reconstructs future candle geometry. They operate on separate models.
